Evaluation
If your hospital has already successfully accomplished a star, you need to report the results to the
Michigan Health & Hospital Association.
This report is used by the MHA to verify your hospital's
status on the honor roll. This information will be kept
confidential and may only be shared in an aggregated form to
demonstrate the progress Michigan hospitals have made as a
whole.
